These terms keep the game fair for everyone. The short version: Goborr is a free, skill-based prediction game, not betting; play fairly with one account, and we pay real winnings to your bank.
1. Who we are and what you're agreeing to
Goborr ("Goborr", "we", "us") operates goborr.com, a skill-based football prediction game. By creating an account or using Goborr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Goborr.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use Goborr.
- You must register with accurate information and a valid email address.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and their winnings forfeited.
- To withdraw winnings, you need a bank account in your own name.
3. The game
Goborr is a game of skill. You predict the scores of real football fixtures (such as the FIFA World Cup, Premier League and Champions League) before kickoff, earn points for accuracy, and compete on leaderboards. There are no odds and no bookmaker. Goborr is not a betting or gambling service.
Each match is worth up to 6 points: 3 for the correct outcome, 1 for the home team's exact score, 1 for the away team's exact score, and 1 for the correct goal difference. Predictions for a match lock at its kickoff. We may correct scoring errors caused by incorrect or delayed match data, and the corrected result is final.
4. Prize pools and payouts
Entry to main competitions is free. Goborr funds the prize pools. How each pool is shared, and whether payouts happen per round, at season end, or both, is set per competition and shown on that competition's Prizes tab before you play.
Winnings are credited to your Trophy Pot. You can request a withdrawal to your saved bank account, and withdrawals are normally settled within 24 to 48 hours. The Trophy Pot is not a wallet or deposit account: we only hold and pay out prizes you have won. Any taxes on winnings are your responsibility.
We may withhold or reverse winnings where we reasonably believe they were obtained through fraud, multiple accounts, collusion or any breach of these terms.
5. Circles and stake pots
Circles are private or public groups with their own leaderboards. Circles are free by default. A Circle may optionally enable a stake pot, where members contribute an entry amount shown before you join and the pot is paid to the winner(s) as displayed. Joining a stake pot is voluntary; only join with amounts you are comfortable with. Stake pot entries are not refundable once a round has started.
6. Referral programme
When a friend signs up with your referral code and submits at least one prediction, and then wins their first prize in a Goborr-funded free league within 90 days of joining, we pay you a bonus equal to 50% of that win. Your friend keeps 100% of their prize.
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and any manipulation of the programme void the bonus and may lead to account suspension. We may change or end the referral programme at any time; bonuses already earned will be honoured.
7. Fair play
- No bots, scripts or automated prediction tools.
- No collusion or coordinated account networks designed to capture prize pools.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one, report it to us instead.
- Breaches can result in forfeited winnings, suspension or permanent closure of your account.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You can close your account at any time; legitimate winnings in your Trophy Pot will still be paid out.
9. Intellectual property
Goborr, its name, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for playing the game. Football club and competition names belong to their respective owners; Goborr is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League or any club.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Goborr is provided "as is". Fixtures, kickoff times and results come from third-party data providers and may occasionally be delayed or wrong; we will correct affected scores where reasonable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goborr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount in your Trophy Pot at the time the claim arises.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use Goborr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
